Just as described. The light as ultraviolet properties, so anything that reacts with a black light/UV light will react with this too. Makes beautiful star patterns, and by simply rotating the top end you can adjust the pattern to your liking. The photos I have uploaded do not show the true color. The images from the seller are much more accurate than mine. Can be used in any USB port, not just a car. great for parties or creating atmosphere.
