- When will the hat come?
Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order, this is mainly due to high volumes of orders we get each and every single day. After 2-5 business days, you will get an email with tracking information.
- How long will it take to ship to my house?
After you have received your tracking information, it takes approximately on average 3-5 business days for it get to you depending on your location. We only say 5 business days because some people may live further than others.
- What happens if you do not get your package?
Please contact us, this is very important to us! Our goal is to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied. If you do not get your package, we will open an investigation with our Shipping Carriers as to why you have not received that package.
- Return Policy?
Once you receive the item, and it does not meet your expectations, we will have you ship it back to our warehouse and issue you a full refund to non-sale items.
- How do I track my order?
Once you get another email from theledhat, which will include your "order has been shipped" along with your tracking information. You may click that tracking number to check where your order is. If the tracking number does not work for some reason, please contact us and we will get an update for you.
The Led Hat™ products are only sold on our online store and are not yet available in any other physical stores. Recently the market has been flooded with cheap replicas of our products that are made from unauthorized materials which don’t produce even close results to our standards.

This thing is so cool. The app comes with so many different designs you can choose from and you can add your own text. You can upload your own photos as well. The only thing I’d say is to choose a simple picture with a lot of contrast. The mask is great for parties and raves. I can’t wait to use it at a rave. A bonus is that it comes with some scary faces so if you slack off on halloween you don’t need to get a costume.
This is by far the coolest and most spot on product I have ever purchased. The picture feature to make your own masks is amazing. The pre loads are awesome as well. This is great for all things EDM and great for parties and festivals. But hit as well at all comic cons being able to put any face on the screen. 10/10!!!

Insane Mask!
You can breath normally, see things normally, and adjust the size of the mask strap.
The most important thing for me is that I like it very much.
The mask can be customised through the application Shining Mask, through following functions: user-programmable creation. uploading patterns, and a variety of patterns for selections.
There is no doubt that people who like to go to parties, costume shows, music festivals, and Christmas can buy them, and they are more worth buying than ordinary glowing masks.
I gave this cute mask 5 stars because it fully met my expectations. The LED patten on the mask in the dark looks cool!
The mask is comfortable and fits well and the app is easy to use. You can upload your own images. They will be pixelated but look excellent from 10-15 ft. You can also write your own scrolling messages. Many of the pre programmed images are very good.
I run a haunt in Florida and this mask will be very useful for the last minute actors or replacements. Since it has so many images and animations and is programmable, it can be used for a wide variety of applications and themes.
Highly recommend and may buy more.
